TOPIC: Help- just bought exam simulator but no instructions how to access it

Hi, I just purchased the exam simulator. I didn't receive any email how to access it (checked junk) nor did the video open up after payment. It looked like payment did not go through however I I got an emailed a receipt.
Can anyone help.

My exam is Tuesday and I really need to practice questions
