I have two recommendations for you:
1) Log on to your account with PMI and check the status in your application. What does it say there?
2) If you cannot determine what is going on, then write to
customercare@pmi.org and ask them for assistance. Include your application ID/Number so that they have a reference number and ca check their systems.
My best guess at this time would be that something must have gone wrong with your application. Normally, PMI answers within the number of days specified.
