Have you used the exam simulator questions here?
They’re very similar I found them almost vital when I passed.

But compare with real exam, which one should be more easier?

It’s hard to say but the aim is for the simulator to be as near as possible.
Have a read through the lessons learned forum to see other peoples views on it.

I go through the forum content seems not mention particular the real exam style looks like

This is from when I took the exam. The Lessons Learned forum is good to read through because it’s people who passed and how they prepared and found the whole process.
