First of all, tanks for being a PM Podcast listener! Please follow these two steps:

1. Open up The PM Podcast episode spreadsheet at www.project-management-podcast.com/podca.../episode-spreadsheet . Here I list all episodes and define how many PDUs you can claim (For the one you are asking, it's 1.00 PDU in "Ways of working" (formerly "technical").

2. Now go to this link here www.project-management-podcast.com/pdu and then scroll down just a bit. You'll see option 1 and option 2 of how to claim your PDUs. Follow either of these instructions.
