TOPIC: PDU reporting issue on PMI.org

I've been taking some PDUs and reporting after I'm done, along with keeping a spreadsheet. I've been able to successfully upload them to the CCRS website. However, for the last week or 2, I'm getting a redirect to sign into PMI when I select Report PDUs CCRS. When I sign back in, and select report PDUs, I just get a generic course search box and not my personal CCRS dashboard. I've taken screen shots of the issue and will be sending to PMI, but wondered if anyone else is having trouble getting to their CCRS landing page? Thank you.

Hi! I have recently reported PDUs through the CCRS dashboard and did not experience any technical issues.

Today i have been unable to load a on line webinar PDU, when i go to CCRS site I only receive access to the course catalog or handbook, I log in again and get the same screen

I am facing the same issue. Has anyone resolved this issue?

Is this issue intermittent? Any updates on a resolve?

I reported PDUs a week or so ago with no issue using the link from my PMI Dashboard. Today, it takes me to a course catalog, as the posts from over a year ago indicated. It will not allow me to login, either. I even watched a 1 PDU course from that catalog today, and it did not autosync to my PMI Dashboard to show the update.

Thoughts?

I am having a similar issue today with requests timing out. I have several PDUs to submit claims for and it takes ~ 2-5 minutes to load the claims page, if it does at all. Often I get a timeout error message. Occasionally the page will appear unformatted (not the typical PMI site formatting, just labels and edit fields)

Same experience when I select any of the specific type of PDUs to claim (Online/Digital Media or Read, etc)

I am using Google Chrome, have cleared my cache and cookies (and have also tried Microsoft Edge) and still no luck.

The automated chat bot is a joke in this particular case.

How do I get support for this issue?

If you have a couple of hours to burn, I recommend that you stick with the chatbot until a person shows up. The last time I had to contact PMI for an issue, it was about 45 minutes.

Was anyone able to solve this mystery and upload PDUs?
I was able to normally do it a month ago and now again I am taken to the catalog when a go to the Report PDU menu.

I was having the same issue in Chrome, so I tried it in Edge, and it worked.

I tried in both Chrome and Edge today. I was able to reach the CCRS form for reporting the PDUs, but then couldn't enter the number of PDUs for the course in any of the PMI triangle areas. There was no text box for entering the number of PDUs and clicking all over that section of the form produced no result.

It was a little glitchy for me this past week as well, though not in the assigning numbers to the talent triangle. I deleted the PDU, then reapplied and it worked.

This "blank page" error sounds like the pmi.org website is having a problem/outage. We don't control that website, so there's nothing we can do from our end. You would have to reach out to PMI directly from this page here: www.pmi.org/about/contact
