Mai, sorry you are having issues. I assume you have submitted a ticket via the exam simulator. Hopefully, someone will be able to address it soon. I found that the support team was very responsive when submitting tickets via the exam simulator. Good luck.

Please edit the category as this is wrong expiration date for a paid not free exam
I paid for a 90-days and I m getting Timed & Learning mode for a week !!!!
