Wael,

Take a look at the definition of the OPA in the PMBOK Glossary. You will see that "policies" are specifically mentioned as being part of this.

Also, EEF are said to "not under the control of the project team". An internal company policy ,however, can be considered to be under our control. If a company policy needs to be changed, then we the company ca change it.

i really don't understand why the company policies is always considered as organizational process assets

should not be under Enterprise Environmental Factors since they apparently influence and constrain like in developing the project charter?
