The primary responsiblity of the Product Owner on an Agile project is to represent the business, which includes the creation and maintenance of several Agile artificats. The Product Owner is responsible for the creation of the Product Vision Statement, the creation and ongoing maintenance of the Product Roadmap, and the creation and ongoing mainenance of Product Backlog, which is commonly referred to as 'Product Backlog Grooming'.
