Hi,
I just wonder if I have all materials. On the web under "The PM PrepCast Product Details" -> "Lessons" is saying that:

The total file size of all high-resolution lessons is approximately 16 gigabytes.

After downloading all High-resolution videos and others available files (audio, pdf), I am getting in total 11Gb.
Am I missing anything?

You are absolutely correct! I quickly added everything up and I arrived at a total of 11,953,200,272 bytes, which translates to 11.13 GB.

I have updated the page with the correct number just now.
