A long time desire has been achieved. Cleared PMP with “Above Target” in Four Process Groups in First attempt.
Thanks to Mr. Cornelius Fichtner & his Team in Prepcast.
Lessons Learnt
1) Go through Prepcast Videos in the sequence as suggested in the Introduction video.
2) Table 1-4. Project Management Process Group and Knowledge Area Mapping. It should become part of daily warmup. Mapping with Sequence of Processes under each Process group / knowledge area gives the big picture.
3) Learning the Definition and Benefits of each Process gives a clarity about each process.
4) Create your own Project documents mapping in a table similar to Table 1-4. It helps a lot to understand under which process the Project document is Generated first.
5) As advised in the introduction Video lessons of Prepcast, it is necessary to go through PMBOK guide more than once, by just concentrating on one process at once.
6) Answers to most of the doubts can be found in Prepcast & PMBOK Guide.
7) PMP Exam Simulator with continuous 4hrs exams and with extensive filter choices and explanation to each of the given choice, was really helpful in learning more.
Good luck to all PMP aspirants
