Yes I did pass on the first attempt. The prep-cast and materials really helped along with the emails on tips and questions. I also used one of the books recommended by Cornelius and Company. But most important, I searched out and answered many, many questions. Cornelius says 1000, I think I did more than double. Also, almost every day I would write out the formulas so I could do the brain dump at the beginning of the test. I also wrote out the 42 processes at the same time.

If you follow the advise Cornelius gives and study hard, you should pass the exam with no trouble. Good Luck. :)
