Here are my lessons learned:
1) Make yourself a set of memory joggers that will assist you to remember formula's, equations,diagrams and techniques prior to the exam. When you go into the exam you are allowed a "brain dump". Place your brain dump onto the sheets that the testing center will provide. That action will be a stress reducer as you now have your formulas in front of you and do not have to remember them when actually taking the exam.
2) Take your time. This does not mean be slow. What it means is answer approximately, 50 questions per hour. If you are answering 60 or 65 questions per hour, then you may be going too fast.
The test day for me was stressful as I imagine many people are stressed on test day. I recommend that you pray frequently and use Philippians 4:4-7 from the Bible and read it frequently to reduce and eliminate your test anxiety.
