TOPIC: PMP Above Target - Lessons Learned & Tips

(1) Need to be consistent with your preparation
(2) Become member of PMI to access resources especially PMBOK
(3) Join training based on your preference (4 days classroom/online), it will help you with your preparation and 35 PDUs for application.
(4) Along with PMBOK you can also refer book by Kim Heldman.
(5) Practice mock exams before real exam. Follow PM Prep Cast (PM Exam Simulator) which was amazing and really helpful. Must review all questions even the ones you marked right as it will help you to understand level/thinking to match and also improves your answering time with confidence.
(6) No one can predict the questions as they are situation based but by practicing mock exam you can certainly pick the right answer with confidence and less time.
(7) Exam is of 4hrs and objective type and no negative marking( but the 2-3 options will be mostly correct as per the situation and you need to select the best action/decision as Project Manager)
( Exam/PMBOK keeps changing so prepare accordingly with latest changes. It changed at my time too as they made small changes related to agile, so its fine not big deal but be aware of changes.(Training and PMBOK going to help plus your experience as PM)
