Congratulations, Afridi!

Thank you for sharing your Lessons Learned. They are very helpful, especially the point about verbose questions. That seems to be a bit of a trend at the moment from what people are saying. Speed reading is definitely a skill to cultivate!

When you are ready to start earning PDU’s for PMP recertification, check out the PM PrepCast’s offerings, The PM Podcast and the The PDU Podcast which will help you keep up with PMI’s Continuing Certification Requirements (CCR’s) and maintain your new certification.

I passed PMP exam yesterday in first trial with Above Target in all the 3 domains.
My preparation included:
-twice review of PMBOK 6 and Agile Practice Guide
-Prepcast Exam simulator (covered about 1700 questions in 40 days (took 50 hours) with average score of about 75pc)

What I found on exam :
-annoyingly long (verbose) questions (many many),
-only 1 math question (basic math) ,
- no schedule network questions At All so didn't need to use whiteboard,
-Didn't get time to even review the marked questions
-PMP exam is essentially game of nerve
-must utilize both the 2x 10 minutes break to replenish energy and focus
-I was exhausted in the last 45 questions and almost lost focus and concentration but composed myself with prayers and the reward of passing the exam

Due to long verbose questions, I ran out of time but covered it through attempting about 5 questions "without reading the question" and just critically reading the answers only (tip. I skipped the answers with Always, Must, or with other illogical expressions that didn't make sense).
The only key to success is practice in as much as possible.

Best of luck
