I passed the exam on my first try in November!
I started studying while having a toddler in the house and a 2 month old baby. I made a schedule to complete the PMP prepcast course and stuck to it. I took careful notes on all the material and did the review questions after every module. I studied during the evenings and during my baby's naps, probably about 10 hours a week for 3 months or so. I only touched the PMBOK guide to review some concepts I did not fully understand from the prepcast, and to look up certain things. Definitely not worth reading it cover to cover, the prepcast course covers the material!

The exam simulator was crucial for my success. I reviewed all the answers, right and wrong. The actual exam was very similar to the simulator, so I was very prepared! I took the exam from home, and the experience was very smooth.

Thank you PM PrepCast for your help!
