TOPIC: Online Exam is a little buggy but it works

I preface this that I passed the exam today; Their Identity verification process is OK and makes sense just be ready to retake photos on your webcam until the system accepts it took me four times but it did work in the end. (Keyword Persistence) The online exam process seems to be laggy my computer froze and I was unable to click the chat button after trying to click "next" for five to seven minutes. In the end I just kept my face in the frame and waved my hands to catch the very kind and professional proctors attention and they restarted it from their side. Then the Exam worked like a charm till the end. I didn't notice any comments here about the online process being laggy and any workarounds when I was doing a cost/benefit analysis of taking exam in person vs online. So I thought I'd add it to our lessons learned.
