hi Rahul, as I remember the number of characters that you can use for describing a project is limited to around 550. Pls check that, maybe it has changed.

Hi Rahul.

In the PMP exam application, it is important to be as truthful as possible and note down exactly what you did in each project and at each stage. Projects are all different and might not run neatly and sequentially as listed in the PMBOK and PMI are cognisant of that. Rule of thumb is explaining yourself as truthfully as possible when making the application and have documented proof ready in case PMI conducts an audit.

In the project description for PMP exam application, in the 'Initiating' process group section, is it required to list all stakeholders (including supplier) or enough to say 'Identified stakeholders and led meetings with them'?
