TOPIC: Eligibility ID

Am trying to schedule my exam on prometric but whenever I try, I get a message that my eligibility id provided does not exist.
I have written to pmi, chatted with their customer advisers yet no action from their end.
I have also tried to schedule on pearson vue, the new exam rovider but they to have not started the exam in Nigeria until July 1.
Did anyone experience this and how did you solve yours

Hi Igechi. After you applied to PMI, did you received any letter or notification from PMI saying that you are approved to register for the exams? You can also check your application status on PMI.org website by logging in to your profile page.
