1. Not sure if I understand your first question, do you mean the different types of contracts used in the Procurement process? If so you can find out the 3 main types (Fixed price, cost-reimbursable, and Time/material) on page 471-472 in the PMBOK6.

2. From Pg 348 in the PMBOK6 "If conflict escalates, the PM should help facilitate a satisfactory resolution.... If disruptive conflict continues, formal procedures may be used, including disciplinary actions.". You can also find out about different types of resolution techniques on pg 349 (likely to be on the actual exam).
