The PIMIS is part of the EEF. PMIS could be a web interface you use to access a database where the OPAs are located which contain the lessons learned that the company owns. Nomenclature is not very user friendly, to me anyway. Review the definitions in the PMBOK many times, and search the many places that those terms are used.

Can anyone help me by clarifying the following confusion:
During closing we update OPAs with new lessons learned.
But in the PMBOK (5th ed page-58), it is saying that documents are archived in PMIS.
Actually, I got confused, whether PMIS will be a part of OPAs or actually be a part of EEFs??
