Your auditing experience is unlikely to qualify as project management experience. You need to actually lead and manage projects to meet the PMI requirements. Check out the full requirements list on PMI's website.
Experience where you do the same thing over and over again is the definition of Operations. A project is defined as having a beginning an end and produces a unique product, service or result.
I would like to consider an auditing experience as an entry for my PMP PM experiences.
I audited renewable energy projects. I worked for an auditing company. Another company project-developped the renewable energy plant.
Can my auditing experience be considered as a "PM" experience under PMI requirements ? If not, how can I dodge this around ?
