TOPIC: Eligibility ID for Prometric issues! I need to pay for test first?

Do I have to pay for the exam before I check available times at Prometric? I recall I could check the times without having to pay. It asks my eligibiliy ID. I have the 35 hour contact hours, have passed my audit. I'd like to see when I can take the test (before end of March) , but I'd like to see availability first.
