Abdul,

There will be many changes that don't go through the formal change control process on your project. Change control is meant for changes to the project's baselines (cost, scope, time). Changes should be added to the change log, as appropriate for the proper tracking on the project's progress. Schedules should correctly mirror what actually happened during the timeframe of your project.

Hello,
If a change was already implemented by the team, what do you do in this case? What process do you follow when it has already been done?
Do you go back and put a change through the process? I suppose this would be a waste of time right?
Do you update change log and specify it didn't go through process?
Do you update the project schedule to add the activities that were done?
