The first thing to do is start with your project objective. What temporary endeavor did you manage or lead, and what was the product, service or result that you delivered? Then use the PMBOK processes list to help you identify which areas you contributed. You mention budgeting etc.. What are you budgeting, establishing baselines etc.. for? The development of a new marketing plan?

Has anyone had experience in pharmaceutical sales and translating that experience for the application ? Example: Territory A is a project . The scope = boundaries of the area and all work included from start to end of fiscal year. Budgeting,establishing baselines, measuring performance etc...
