Good Afternoon All,

I am just learning about forward and backward passes.

I can reference the definitions, but the application is somewhat obscure to me, with respect to when I should be using these calculations for developing a schedule.

I have three questions.

1. Would we a complete forward pass prior to doing a complete backward pass?

2. Are their cases when a manager may do both types of passes both at the same time?

3. To who and or what would you refer one seeking the answers of these questions?

Thank you for your help.

John

I recommend starting with the many videos online on UTube:

Also, I. Really like all of the videos on the PMP prep cast that walk you through it one step at a time.
By the way good questions! I believe the answers are in the videos. Small tip, to use Zero or one?
Let me know which starting point you prefer.
Best Wishes
