I am always confused between Facilitated workshop and Focus group.
Hence marking answers incorrectly...

Please provide key differences and when each one is used?

Hi,

I believe that facilitated workshops can be used to reconcile stakeholders on topics which cause disagreement. This is not a feature of focus groups.
