Hello, PERT standard deviation nets the same answer as PERT Deviation all activities. What am I missing?
Having both the square root and to the power of 2 in the PERT Deviation all activities cancel each other out.

Pessimistic = 10
Optimistic = 8

Standard deviation - (10-

/6 = .33
PERT Deviation all activities - square root (10-

/6 power of 2 = .33
