TOPIC: Understanding ITTO

I have been studying for my PMP exam and I find it very different to understand how the ITTO apply critically to the Knowledge Areas. Is too diverse that at some point, I get confused and miss them up according to the processes they belong to.

What is the easier way to study and understand the ITTO and how they integrate into the knowledge areas

Have you memorized Table 3-1, PMBOK Guide pg 61? Link that table first to Figure 4-1, pg 65 to see if you can understand how the two link. I used the ITTO Test in the PM Exam Simulator www.project-management-prepcast.com/comp...zzes&id=1&Itemid=950 to help me understand the question to ITTO relationship. However, these are not simple to learn until you see the relationship.

I agree with John's recommendations. In addition to that I highly recommend that you thoroughly review "ANNEX A1 THE STANDARD FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT OF A PROJECT" in the PMBOK Guide, it will help you understand the big picture and how the processes and process groups relate and interact.
