Hi Cornelius,

FYI, the link didn't work for me. I got a 404 page not found error.

Kanica,

PMP Exam Audits are 100% random. The facts that I have red hair and wear glasses have just as little effect on being audited as has your maternity leave...

The best thing you can do instead of of worrying "will I be audited" is to make sure that you fill in your application to show that you are truly qualified to take the PMP Exam. Please refer to this recent article where we talk about this in detail:

www.project-management-prepcast.com/free...failed-the-pmp-audit

That much said, what we have seen lately is that MORE people are getting audited. So PMI is still doing RANDOM audits, but there are MORE of them. But there is no way of telling who will be audited.

Hi,
I am a Project Management Professional preparing for PMP certification.
I have worked as a project Manager from Mar - 2010 to June - 2013 accumulating the required 5000Hrs of PM experience.
I was on medical/maternity from July 2013 - Present.
Will this be a problem ? Will this lead my application to an audit ?
Has anyone been in this situation in the past.
Appreciate the response.
Kanica
