I have one question. If I want to know how many people work on my project, where is source I can search for?
1. Human management Plan: Project Organization chart or
2. Human management Plan: staffing management plan.

Please advise me with reason. Thanks.

The project organization chart can be formal or informal depending on the project needs and shows the reporing structure - you may not see all indidual people here, but just teams.
Within the Staffing Management Plan you have the "Resources Calendar" showing when people are available and when they will be used. With this you can determinate when how many people will work in your project (for a specific date, time-range, of whole project duration)
