Hi,
If a customer or sponsor or any stakeholder asks for a change, should the PM ask them to raise the CR or can the PM raise on behalf ?
Is there any rule here?
Or can i assume PM can ALWAYS raise on behalf of the requester as long as the PM understands what the change is ?
Of course I know for scope changes, etc, analysis has to done, but my question is for simple changes, like change in communication plan, etc, e.g. If the sponsor asks you to change the weekly meeting to biweekly.
