TOPIC: Time management flow

During planning in time planning the process are:
6.2 Define activities
6.3 Sequence activities
6.4 Estimate activity resources
6.5 Estimate activity duration
6.6 Develop schedule

Once 6.2 is done all the others (but mainly 6.3, 6.4 & 6.5) are sequential or parallel activities ?
Just for the questions "what is next or first"
To me, first is 6.2 then 6.3, 6.4 & 6.5 in parallel and then 6.6.
Is it right?
