Hello,
Upper and Lower Control Limits are defined by +- 3 Sigma. Within a control chart you may add additonal lines by +-1 or +-2 Sigma.
In which context is your exact question?

For 3 sigma...

UCL and LCL will be calculated as +_3*sd...in same way in 6 sigma do we calculate as UCL & LCL as +_6*sd...
