in lesson L07.02.2 Estimate cost tools & tech. Minute 3.30, it has been mentioned that " there is one new Tech. which is not applied in time management which is Bottom -Up estimating meanwhile it is used at estimate Activity resources. ;) PMBOK page 164 ;)
