I need your help in understanding the following question.

One of the question says that the client has started a project in T&M and later after 3 months wanted to move onto FP.
How would you convince the client.
Also if the client says what would be the approximate value for the project currently if suppose previously it was estimated to at $1000, will it remain the same or will it be less or will it be more will he be benefited by the FP.
How to answer these type of questions?
