TOPIC: Both Direct and Indirect costs include in Cost Baseline?

Will be both direct and indirect costs considered for preparing cost baseline?

this varies from organization to another. In most cases, Yes indirect costs will be considered in the cost baseline. As for the PMBOK Guide this is a decision made in the scope baseline.
