Hello Cornelius,

Let me start with thanking you for the great podcast. I have gone through the podcasts and PMBOK guide and wanted to start taking my first simulator exams (monte carlo :) ). For some reasons I can't access the simulator and it asks me to buy again for $99 even though I had purchased it before. I have not activated the simulator as I can't access it.
I have also created a request with PM Help desk but looks like it has not been picked up by anyone. Can you please activate my simulator so that I can practice? I have already booked my date for PMP exam - on 11th April.
