The project manager identifies and the project team executes to 'create' the identified deliverables.

Identification or listing down the project deliverables comes as a step before carrying out activities to create those deliverables.

I select D , but the answer is #Wrong , my justification was " Project staff are the members of the team who carry out the work of creating the project deliverables"

But the correct answer is A , based on the New Task 2: Emphasis on identifying key deliverables based on the business requirements, in order to manage customer’s expectations.
