TOPIC: Organization name changed. How to enter?

I am in the process of filling my PMP application form online.

The organization i used to work for has changed their name in last two years. My work experience letter states the old name, whereas the new name is totally different. Should i be using the old or the new name for the "Organization Name" field in the experience work hours section?
