1. Use your Stakeholder Analysis to know their connection to your project and communicate with them in accordance with the way they best receive information to ensure they stay aligned your project goals. You cannot lump all stakeholders in one group because each has certain goals. You will want to pay attention to the times when their goals are not aligned with yours and resolve that friction to maintain steady productivity.
2. There isn't a one-size-fits-all communication strategy. How large is large? How many phases? How many stakeholders? You have to create your communication plan for each project and sometimes by phase.
3. Training: devise a training plan that meets your team's abilities and teach each member to use the new software tool.

1.How would you make sure all the stakeholder in the project work are coordinated in a productive manner?
2.What communication strategy we should apply for large project ?
3.You have launch new software tool, how would you make sure that all the project team use tool effectively?
