Nick,

I have removed the question you posted, because as you said yourself, the question is a real question from the real PMP exam, and we are NOT allowed to discuss those questions at all.

As a reminder: You have signed a waiver with PMI in which you stated that you will not discuss such questions.

Therefore, it was removed.
