I purchased PMP simulator with my PMPrepcast on 23rd Dec. I never logged into PMSimulator URL with my credentials but i got an email yesterday that it is expiring. I haven't even taken a single test. I wrote to support email ids and haven't heard back from them...If there is some one from Prepcast who is watching my post ..can you please help me?

Hopefully someone from PMPrepcast will get back to you soon. They may be able to offer you an extension and at fee. I know when I first purchased the simulator the setup email I got said it would be available to me for 90 days. Based upon the dates you provided, it appears your expiration date would be 90 days from 23rd Dec. Please let us know if you can get this extended.
