TOPIC: Application in progress......

Can anyone tell me from their experience how long it takes until PMI finishes reviewing the application? I sent it last Sunday, so today (Friday) it would be 5 business days. Also, when would I know whether I will be audited or not? Thanks a lot!

It's tough to gauge, but mine actually took 7 business days. I'd be very surprised if it takes much longer. Sit tight and you'll hear back.

As for being audited, again, you'll know when they reach out to you...you'll be greeted with an audit or you won't! Thankfully, I was not audited.

If you're not audited, you'll be getting a communication containing the likes of "Your PMP® application has been accepted. You have one year from..."

I think it is on case by case basis. Mine took them only 3 days before they let me know I was being audited. Good luck.

Received it last Saturday, which is exactly 5 business days. Now waiting for a possible audit, I guess. I scheduled my exam for 11/11 so I probably should get going pretty soon Thanks again for your input!
