I purchased a copy of the PMBOK 5th edition from Amazon.

Kindle allows you to highlight, make notes, copy and lookup definitions from inside the PMBOK Guide.
It also allows minimal cut and paste.

There is a free software version of Kindle available. It keeps an outline of all your notes and is searchable.
