Hi Abhirup,

I’m thinking Section 1.7.2 and Appendix X3 on Interpersonal Skills of a Project Manager? It lists 11, but if I break out politics and culture I get 12. Am I close?

Some of us may be aware of this fun way to remember uninteresting stuffs. Using riddles for remembering the important points/characteristics.

In the following days I will share my way of remembering the stuffs learned in PM Prepcast.
Lets see how many of you can understand the following riddle. You need to identify which portion of the PMBOK guide I am referring here.

"The leadership is making a decision for a position of a coach who can build a team, motivate without getting influenced politically and who is aware of the cultures in the team and who can build trust by managing conflicts."

Its easy. :)

Hint : there are 12 points. ;)
