These lessons are best watched very early on in your studies.
However, you can consider to use them as a way to REVIEW. So... watch the first two of these lessons to get a "feel" for what they contain. Then decide if you think that they are helpful for you as quick review of a lot of topics. If you think "yes" then watch the rest.

If your exam is on Monday then I have only one recommendation for you: Stop studying and use your PMP Exam Simulator 100% of the time. Answer as many questions as you possibly can. Whenever you answer a question incorrectly analyze why it was wrong, look up the theory in the PMBOK Guide and learn from your mistake. So in other words: study those topics for which you have a question that you answered incorrectly.
Like I said... questions about the communications channels on the "real" exam will be clear and you will have no problems with understanding what to include / exclude.
