Hi Cornelius and Everybody:

I have following queries (these questions are just to strengthen my concepts, pls forgive me if they look insane !! )

1) What is the difference between the knowledge area and the process group ?

2) What is the difference or relation between project phase and process group ?

3) What is the difference between change management process and Integrated change control?
