I have subscribed for the PM Prepcast in March 2011.

I wish to know about the number of attempts for the Qualifying exam to get 35 contact hours.

How many attempts can i get till i pass? or only a single attempt?

Also, what is the validity in months for the subscription?

And in regards of the validity: Once you download the PrepCast you can access the videos until you delete them. If you need to download them again, you can just write to support and they will re-activate your account. (Accounts get de-activated after about 6-9 months.)
