Hi Anu, there's no process where it's an output when it's "first created" like with the scope management plan.
But when there are approved change requests that impact the scope, schedule, or cost baselines, PMB updates are an output to the control scope, control schedule, and control cost processes.
The PMB is not a single number. The PMBOK definition says that it's:
An approved integrated scope-schedule-cost plan for the project work against which project execution is compared to measure and manage performance. Technical and quality parameters may also be included.
So there are various performance numbers that all go into the PMB.

Often the scope, schedule, and cost baseline will be combined into a performance measurement baseline that is used as an overall project baseline against which integrated performance can be measured
Total of PV is referred to as the performance measurement baseline.
In EVM the cost performance baseline is referred to as the performance measurement baseline.
