HI.. I know PMbok process chart pretty well and maked sense..
but when I look at rita's process chart... cpecially when it is expected to remember all of it.. it gets confusing..
Is PmBOK better or Rita...
any views?

Rita's chart is not a substitute for the PMBOK chart. It's just a way to understand the process - and do it all on one page. It includes some critical ITTO's in it as well. There are limitations, however. For example, Rita lists "quality control" AFTER the equivalent of "verify scope" which is totally incorrect.

Personally, I used them both in my studies.
